Shakira goes LOCA! Sued and Prison Time?!

Ok, this. Is. Sooo embarrassing!
Shakira is getting sued for plagiarism! As you must know, Loca, is one of her most famous songs, but apparently she's "stolen" it from Ramon Arias Vazquez, who seems to be the original owner of the song with the exact same name. (Same rythme and same [almost]lyrics!!).
Now, Shakira is about to pay a massive amount of money for her actions or she's going to see the sun rising from a dirty cell!
Yeah, she can totally go to jail for this!
I'm being honest now, this is such a BAD TIME for her because she's pregnant and all the stress can affect the baby, but hey, maybe... Just maybe she shouldn't have done something like this.
Dear Shakira, you're a criminal now!
I'm not here to gossip (yeah right) but, If she can commit this kind of crime, you can totally free download her songs on piracy websites, but that's none of my business... I'm not pushing anyone in order to do that!
Lovely fans, you can relax because her soccer player hubby would pay for her bail.
Oh well, be safe Shakira and remember this "prison changes you". You'd be like Ellen's lover or something as you came back!
