Twitter tempest on Cosmopolitan's cover featuring Kardashian family
The Kardashians are breaking the internet... again! This time, Cosmo magazine celebrated the mag's 50th birthday with the Kardashians/Jenners on the cover.
That's not really the big deal... It happens that Cosmopolitan decided to called them "America's first family", looking down upon Barack Obama and his family and leading to Twitter outrage in all America.
Cosmopolitan reacted to the tweets, responding that the cover is just a way of "teasing" to describe the Kardashians as the "huge cultural phenomenon" that they are.
Well, people are not very happy about it because that family is everything, but an example for any other families... You know the list: Sex tapes, published nudes, 100 relationships a year, slutty daughters, the ignorance about the existence of condoms AND the absolutely terrible taste when it comes to name a baby, and on and on and on!
I am not american, but the Kardashians are known all around the world, so that's a phenomenon alright, still, I'm not sure if they're more famous than infamous... Is Kim really a fashion icon? Because she looks like she wears condoms for parties. Is she really a sex symbol? Well, yes... in porn industry. She's got a bloody sex tape! Is she really that beautiful? Well, yea, for gourd! Are they really an exemplary family? I'll just take the risk that The Simpsons are a little bit more reliable than them! At least, they're naturally yellow.
PS: I guess Rob is not part of it??
